After 3 years defending our Brand against corporate Giant Nautica, we have come out victorious and allowed to keep what we already owned...our trademark. We are now excited to be launching this new online shopping experience for our customers that we put on hold. Ecommerce has come a long way since we launched our first site 6 years. Nautica is owned by VF Corp which is one of apparel’s evil empires,,,,, having worked with a lot of trademarks and the changing law of trademarks they had no right to step on you for NautiGirl, so kudos to you for surviving their onslought. Really companies like that should have to cough up some serious dough for unfair practice of trademark blocking and bullying small businesses for no good reason.
